Maya Scripting//Random Sublime Mondrian Generator

It has been four months since the first computation workshop held in Patras School of Architecture. To be honest, I ‘ve never thought it would be as difficult and time consuming as it is fascinating. SO many hours spent in front of a screen trying to figure out why you keep getting that annoying “syntax error” message. And there are times when planning your next step is as difficult as pulling it off. For an amateur scripter as myself, the slighest achievement is something to brag about.

Lately along with konkonkon we have been working on a script that creates random Mondrian compositions, just to get the grips on MEL. These are some selected results.
